@Meir Greenblatt Hello Meir, yes my main goal is to buy and hold properties, build a big enough portfolio to retire early. To get the ball rolling one idea I have is to get my LLC together this year and start building business credit, hopefully I can then afford my DP. I would definitely prefer to use the BRRRR strategy.

Since I’m new to the real estate world overall, I really look forward to talking more to seasoned people within BP. I have been doing a ton of research, but it’s not the same when talking to someone 1 on 1. If any lenders, investors, wholesalers etc. have time to meet for lunch or coffee or even talk on the phone briefly, I would be very thankful.
