why would I give the seller 3k? You mean the buyer? Because I'm looking for assignment!,most likely

I'm looking at houses that are MLS and not fsbo, like I would like right now. Anyways, I have a possibly a deal. Is the process any different from a fsbo and someone who has the realty sign in the front yard? Are the Realtors willing to come down on the price of the houses or are they stuck with that one price because they have to get paid (the agent).? Also the assignment contract would be the same as it would be with a fsbo?..

I'm also in Alabama looking foe partners, investors.  I'm also finding deals for investors and other wholesalers. I'm 6 weeks into rei and willing to do anything to get started.  

how would I get private lenders that are investor-friendly? Where would I find them?  Because I'm need to build my cash so I can get my own properties. I don't have any problems with going out and driving to find fsbo. I really need help on this.  Thanks. 

no you do not need one to start in real estate.  That's a plus not a must.

I saw a webinar  yesterday on renting out to veterans and handicapped people. Basically 3x the rent. I want to do this. Because some places might not be able to yield a good buy and hold with regular tenants. I would like all and any info as possible on this. Thanks.
