I have done some investigation of the city and it is very important to know your neighborhood.  There are some valuable posts in this forum, so definitely search around a bit.  Ogden is changing, but there are some areas you would definitely want to avoid.

I don't use a property management company yet in the area, but from my research interviewing numerous companies in the area, if/when I am ready to go with a company I would go with Platinum Properties of NWA in Springdale.

@Nathan Fridley makes a great point, with the new customer service phone support Tenant Cloud is great. Prior to that the wait time on tickets was a bit of a bother, usually took 24 hours for a response, but now you can speak with someone live immediately. They have been quite helpful to me just this week.

Does anyone have a siding contractor recommendation for the Northwest Arkansas region? Home is in Rogers.  I am looking to apply Hardie siding.  Any recommendations and/or share of experience would be appreciated. Thanks!

I would love to see the property description box on the old calculator accept more characters. I have submitted this request, but so far haven't seen it change.  I would think it would be easy to expand the allowable characters in a box...

I just hope they continue to allow access to the old calculator...I find it much better, for now.
