Hi @Brooke Hesseltine, I am sorry for this late reply. I didn't get notification of a response and just checked in now.  In the meantime, I have found someone to help me. Thanks for reaching out and I'll earmark this for next time.

Hello, does anyone have a property manager recommendation for an upcoming re-rent in Bend, Oregon? I just need to have assistance getting the property ready for rent and rented in January.  I'll manage it after that. Thanks!

Hi all,

I have a SFH in Bend, OR and am looking for a person who can perform a mid-tenancy home inspection, prior to lease renewal. If anyone is in the area and has this experience or a reference, I would be grateful to hear from you.

I am looking for a reliable, cost effective gardening company in Bend, OR that will come out 3 or so times seasonally to spruce up the yard, fertilizer lawn, edge, and prune. Thank you for any recommendations!

Thank you so much for this information! I will wait a week to see if the handyman recommendation from my Realtor comes through and then reach out to others if necessary. Good to know about @Dustin Davis!!!

Hello,  I am seeking recommendations for a handyman in NW Arkansas, Rogers and Bentonville area.  I have a few small projects that really shouldn't be that difficult (check doorbell, install plywood over drywall hole near water heater after leak fix). Any recommendations are very appreciated!  My Realtor is slow getting back to me so I thought I would check here.

Some guy developed a small cute golf course in our town.  Was live for a few years, didn't seem to really ever have that much business, though they did try to sell food out of the clubhouse.  It's been sitting vacant for more than a year, on the market.
