Hi James -- I live in Plainfield and have 3 rentals in Brownsburg -- Would be happy to have a conversation with you.  I am doing well with my Hendricks County rentals but I bought them a few years ago and the sales prices have definitely gone up so they don't always cash flow as well.  There are plenty of areas around here that do cash flow though.

Gloria, what areas are you seeing around here that seem to have decent cash flow?

I've done searching recently and I'd had the best experience with Approved Mortgages in Greenwood, IN. They're a mortgage broker and I'd shopped for decent rates with low closing costs. They were able to do the best deal for me!

Fountain Square has completely changed in recent years. It's definitely an up and coming area. The neighborhood is nice and lots of renovation happening.
