Check out Real Protect. I switched to them a year or so ago and now have full replacement coverage on all properties with a smaller deductible then I did with any previous company when I only had ACV policies on everything with higher deductibles.

@Owen Dashner- hey! do you have a contact at American Interstate? Do they have seasoning requirements to go off of appraised value? Been trying to find a lender willing to go up to 80% LTV with no seasoning requirements.

So far their properties have been way overpriced.

Priced significantly below market value. Updated 3 bedroom bungalow home with newer roof, gutters, newly remodeled bathroom, updated kitchen, and more. This property could be a cash flowing asset for an investor's portfolio as it was previously rented for $900 a month. Could use a fresh coat of paint and carpets cleaned or replaced. Property has some code violations against it from the city. Foundation has settled and will need to be repaired and is priced accordingly. Property is being sold as-is and must be a cash purchase as it won’t qualify for financing.

Miller Way is a killer company!  You would be crazy not to connect with these guys if you are looking at investing in the Omaha market.

That price is really high for the area and the condition.
