I too am new to BP. I have one rental property, but I am interested in beginning to flip homes this year. Any advice on both topics is welcomed & appreciated.

Post: Granite Transformations or Granite for Kitchen countertops?

I think that it depends on your clientele. If it is in a upper class then go with granite, otherwise choose something that is similar or slightly better than other homes in the neighborhood.

I am new here to BP, and actually am property managing one property that I will be looking to begin looking for renters this week. Any suggestions on forms, websites to use to post the property, advice, etc... I am hoping this year to also start looking to flip homes, but searching for an investor. Any advice on this topic too would be appreciated. Thanks!!!
