Hi BiggerPockets! Karim Conway here. I am a recent college graduate who lives in the New Jersey area and does technology consulting in NYC. I am highly interested in buying and holding rental properties, however I am not sure how to get started. I stumbled into this website because I am looking for some advice and I hope to hear from some real estate investors in the northern NJ area!
