Does anyone know of any banks in the Lake Norman, NC area that are portfolio lenders? I’m more than happy to call around, just trying to see if anyone out there has had any luck with someone, so I have a place to start.

I am looking for a single family home to four plex to BRRRR in the area between Statesville and Cornelius, North Carolina.

I would love a 3/2 (or something that could be converted), 1,100 square feet or more, and in distress of some type.
