Hello folks,

I live in Belgium, and am trying to figure out the STR regulations in Brussels/Flanders regions. It's a bit vague and I know it depends on the commune, but willing to get some help on who is currently doing it. Also with the Belgian banks, is there the possibility to do the cash-out refi of the BRRRR strategy? If anyone did it, willing to discuss further, need help :)

Has this meet-up ever happened? I am from Kraainem, close to Brussels, anyone interested in meeting up, digital or physical? Would love to discuss the Belgian market and also STR. The regulations seem vague to me. Also do not know how to go about private/hard money lending in Belgium. Any ideas?
