@BrianAdams Congrats on the acquisition. Do you have any issues managing out of state? How often do you physically go to check on the property. Just curious as I saw you were based out of Philly.

We get asked a lot if it's possible to find a good tenant for your rental unit without spending a lot of time doing so. We think the answer to that question is definitely 'Yes'. We've been working with landlords of various portfolio sizes and we're seeing that as long as they spend the right amount of time in the review period of the final top 3-4 applicants, the other areas such as call fielding, bookings/scheduling appointments, processing applications, showing the unit, etc. can be handled by someone else which helps save landlords a ton of time. If you're looking to put your property under the housing authority program, you'll need some assistance with the inspection, the inspection process, and how to prepare the property to pass inspection the first time. We can help out if you have any questions about this as well. We oversee weekly inspections for landlords throughout the Atlanta area and can help you with yours as well. Hey Haley,

We have customers of ours that rent units throughout midtown/downtown and are having great results. It's not your typical 'tourist' guest but there is a lot of traffic in these areas and we've been seeing Airbnb units perform well on a daily basis. @AnnaWatkins is right, there is a lot of action in that area. We've been receiving a lot of questions from friends and investors we're working with about managing their Airbnb units. Some questions are basic and some are more complex. We wanted to open up a discussion thread for those who currently have listings on Airbnb who are thinking of outsourcing the hosting duties/daily management.
