Managing Airbnb rentals out of state

Hi everyone,

I just purchased my first investment property. The property is in midtown Atlanta right by Piedmont Park. I believe I can get good income from listing on airbnb. It looks like I will be moving out of state shortly for a job opportunity. I have seen several companies such as Guesty that will handle the full process for you. Does anyone have any experiencing with Guesty or just experience in general with managing an airbnb property from out of state? I would love any tips or feedback and even moreso if anyone manages these in the Atlanta area. Thanks so much!
