Building with National brand tenant located in Central Alabama on a major high traffic highway with great visibility . The building is approximately 3,750 sq ft.  The tenant has been in this building for 6+ years and has a lease in place.  The monthly rent is $2,100, the tenant pays all utilities.  The building was completely renovated for this tenant and all mechanicals were installed new at that time.   There is also a mono-pole billboard on the property that provides additional income as well.  $214,000
