Needs Work. Cleaned Out. $15K To Make Rent Ready..

Solid block home I bought with cash and have had it cleaned out.. I got a quote and planned on quickly making it rent ready for a $15K but I have other projects that need my attention more.  This will make a great rental.  Neighbors are nice and have brought over care packages thinking we were moving in.. Lower Income neighborhood but Solid Rental Neighborhood. Would like a quick cash buyer. Thank you.
