Hi BiggerPockets Network! I just wanted to introduce myself to the community here. I am a multi family investor out of Arizona. We currently own a couple properties in Texas, and under contract for another here in AZ.

I have actively participated in syndication's, and happy to help answer any questions about raising money.

Since we invest in locations that are out of state I am happy to share my experience, and tips/tricks on how to ensure your properties stay cash flowing using property managers.

In a market where people are struggling to find properties, we are finding more than we can keep up with. Happy to share some tips and tricks on how to find more properties that actually cash flow! There are a couple very specific things you can say to brokers to create instant credibility.

Love to share, help and work with others. Please contact me for my direct information. This is not a solicitation, but rather an offer to help anyone that needs it. After all- no man is an island.

I am looking forward to connecting with you all!
