@Eliott Elias

Isn't it what most realtors do? Just list and wait for offers?

It feels like all them are the same, the only difference between all of them is their communication skills and if he keeps up communication with the interested buyers.

Hey.

I flip houses, I am thinking about getting a license just to list my own properties..

I know i need ti be under a broker.

Was really curious, how do mostly agents get their buyers for their listing? Do they just list it in the MLS and other agents just bring their interested buyers? Or is there anything else involved?

@Bill Brandt

The numbers they assumed are 75% of ARV, (they lend up to 75%) however, its not selling still.. so..

Hello.

I have 2 properties from 2 different hard money lenders that I used to a flip, I am supposed to pay my Lenders maturity in about 2 months.. both loans were 75% of ARV, I fixed them up, properties are in the market, I dropped to my breaking even price and they are just not selling.

Was wondering if I can reach out to them and give them the properties back? Or would I get a foreclosure on record?

Also.. I have properties in the same county. Was wondering if they can take them from me to recover the loss? How does that work?

Thanks much

@Russell Brazil

This has nothing to do about lying

The property was listed for sale by owner and I gave the owner over asking

Still, has NOTHING to do with the realtor contacting the seller
