@Account Closed Did you use Tidewater Investment Funding to close your deal? How was your experience?

Update: We did not accept the tenant, she actually never applied. I guess me repeatedly explaining that we would do periodical checks for additional dogs was enough to keep her from applying.

We have someone that is interested in renting one of properties in Virginia that has 2 service dogs. She says she can produce documentation stating that her children need the service dogs. We're fine with the 2 service dogs but the prospective tenant has stated that the family is eligible for 2 more service dogs, 4 dogs total. Can we place a limit on the number of service dogs in the lease? 

I've read the landlord tenant laws and didn't find anything on service animals.

Thanks for starting this thread @Amahl Miller. I'm also looking for a lender to close 2 deals that I have under contract. 

Looking for a contractor to do a light rehab on a 3/1 property in Hampton. Must be licensed.
