 King Khan is definitely a person who is just selling whatever it’s hot… Jasmin is right, he either promotes his wholesaling mentorship or his social media mentorship or Airbnb… It seems very sketchy and I have messaged him on the past to learn more about wholesaling but he kept pushing me to have a zoom call with his partner and asked me if I have at least 10k, which is strange to me because wholesaling does not require that much money at all, just be straight up bro and tell me 10k for mentorship no need to try to bait me like it’s for the business lol. Be aware of this, because it looks like a scam.

I would say if you pay that much, just for a course and not mentorship, then you need to get some signed guarantee of certain goals reached or at least a percentage of money back guarantee if goals are not met. If it’s just a course 

40k sounds like a lot of money for mentorship, if you pay for something like this, definitely get a contract and even demand for a guarantee

What you can also do is master the skill of wholesaling real estate, you are still very young, so this can be a good way to stack some capital and use it for investing.

 It depends on the location, if based on your research and the area it’s better to have a MTR or LTR then go for it. I mostly prefer LTRs, easier to manage and scale.
