Man you are so young! What I would suggest is learn before you even put your money into a deal, get guidance, the right moves now, can make your future great, worrying less and less about money and have your future secured!

Hey Poonam, below i will explain my personal experience with the masterclass that Richard Garcia hosts, I was in the one he did in August of this year.

I already own one multi family property but it’s been a while since I haven’t managed to find a way to scale into more properties, right now, I feel like I got the strategy in place due to his mentorship and the strategies he breaks down on his masterclass. I currently have a few deals I am analyzing and I am close on securing one of them.

Not only that, but his LLC guide and plan helped me protect my first property, since I did not know how important is to protect your assets.

I like to invest in myself and knowledge, because it’s the only way to get out when your are stuck with investing, so I totally recommend to give his masterclass a look.

Not so sure about this area, but generally it's good to invest at red states, most of their market experience good growth and are landlord friendly.

In my opinion, it doesn't matter when, because I know there is good deals anytime, I just have to be good enoigh to find one or two good deals per year and keep on scaling

It depends on the use case, based on your plans i don't see why would you need an llc, since the investing and business side of it will be very limited
