I have a listing in Cape Coral, Florida. However, I am a licensed agent with the Miami Real Estate Board. Therefore, I don't have access to the Lee County MLS to list my listing. Does anyone knows of the licensed realtor in the Lee County area who will be willing to add my listing in the Lee County MLS for a referral fee?

I am in the Fort Lauderdale area. I just started with my real estate investing journey. However, everything that I found so far requires a lot of repairs. I am looking for a rehab Crew to work with me so that I can have a true picture  of my investment.

By the way David PBC Home Auctions is one of the site that I have being following for months. I saw so many opportunities there but just don't have the cash.

Any ideas on any cash partners?

Do you know anything about investing in foreclosures (court auction)? How to find the money?

I saw a couple properties at Broward Clerk Court and would like to put a bit for some. I have enough cash for the deposit and repairs but I am not sure on how to get the cash (financing) that they are asking for.

My name is Marie. I am interested in real estate investing in Florida. Especially bank foreclosures. I am practically new to the business and is looking for as much as information that I can get before K get the ball rooling. Is there any of you who has experience in foreclosures and court housw bits?

I heard that the market is pretty much staturated in south florida. 

Does any of you invest in south florida?

Is there any investors group in south florida that I can joint in south florida. 

I am very new to the business. I am looking at investing in foreclosures auction at the Broward Court House but have no clue on how to start. 

Can any one tell me how to get funding foe those type of investments?
