Hello there, 

No, I been looking at Detroit for a while now. Was just trying to decide if investing out of state was something I really wanted to do or not. I’m so use to being hands on with my rentals here in WA, and I manage them my self. But prices here are almost out of my range.

That’s good to hear! I’m planing on flying out there my self no later then next month. I’m gonna stay for a couple weeks cause I wanna drive around and analyze everything.
