Curious to know what were some pitfalls that you ran into getting started in real estate, real estate investments or flipping and how you overcame it? 

I would get into Facebook investor groups and ask where the hot markets are and let them know what your looking for.

5. Stay organized: Keep your workspace and schedule organized to reduce distractions and stress.
6. Take care of your physical and mental well-being: Exercise regularly, eat a healthy diet, and get enough sleep. Take breaks and engage in activities that help you recharge and reduce stress.
7. Surround yourself with positive influences: Seek out mentors and supportive people who will encourage and motivate you.

Remember that being a high-performing individual is a continuous process of self-improvement and requires hard work and dedication.
