To become a high-performing individual, you can follow these steps:

  1. Set clear goals: Determine what you want to achieve and set specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals for yourself.
  2. Develop a strong work ethic: Be disciplined, focused, and dedicated to your work.
  3. Manage your time effectively: Prioritize your tasks and use time-management techniques such as the Pomodoro method to increase productivity.
  4. Continuously learn and improve: Stay informed of new developments in your field, take courses and workshops to develop new skills, and seek feedback from others to continually improve.
  5. Stay organized: Keep your workspace and schedule organized to reduce distractions and stress.
  6. Take care of your physical and mental well-being: Exercise regularly, eat a healthy diet, and get enough sleep. Take breaks and engage in activities that help you recharge and reduce stress.
  7. Surround yourself with positive influences: Seek out mentors and supportive people who will encourage and motivate you.

Remember that being a high-performing individual is a continuous process of self-improvement and requires hard work and dedication.

  • Long term vacation rentals are properties rented for one month or longer, while short term rentals are properties rented for one evening up to one month.
  • There are pros and cons to each type of vacation rental property:
    • Pros of short term rentals:
      • Personal vacation use
      • Less wear and tear
      • Easier maintenance
      • More overall rental income
      • Price Adjustment
    • Cons of short term rentals:
      • Competitive markets
      • Maintenance and repairs
      • Off-season vacancies
      • Property management
  • Deciding between short term and long term rentals depends on the market and the investor's personal preference.

anticarpet due to all the smell and dirt it attracts. Id rather do LVP investment than pull up carpet every few years. Just less headaches that way.

All simply due to high interest rates at the moment.
