What are the best ways to automate collecting rent from tenants that is on automatic payment and sends notification to tenants that rent is due? Tired of telling them that rent is coming up.

Hi there , I am not understanding how to find leads and off market deals using the Orange County data base and the courthouse. I want to find where homes are in ore foreclosure or vacant . But if they are vacant how do I find the contact info of the owner is my biggest thing. Of anyone can help on how to dive into the datatbase and find owners of vacant property .
@kim thank you! I don’t know how to send a message I’m new to here. But would love to be signed up to the email list
Hi there! My name is Margot , I am 25 and work full time for the theme parks as an industrial engineer. I currently have a single family house that I am house hacking and renting well to Disney interns while living there. Right now, I don’t have a lot of cash, but I am looking to get financing on multis, single, or raw land zoned for r2 and above near the theme parks, winter garden, Davenport, Kissimmee, no more than 160-180k I also am looking for referrals to property managers for when I do acquire more, as well as legit handy men/ contractors. Would love to connect and possibly open to a part time internship with an investor . Please feel free to message me
