Hello good people of BP! I'm new to real estate investing but my question is pretty short . When forming a team to take on "flip projects", who are the people I need to around me to be successful? I know I need a contractor, broker and lawyer but are there any important people?  I look forward to your responses.

Great story, I learned a lot just by reading your story and I haven't done my first flip yet. It seems like you're already on the road to success cause you realized the mistakes you made early and you're adjusted accordingly. Keep up the good work. By the way , the home looks awesome.

Awesome, What do you think is the best way to find the best potential property flips? Wholesalers, Attorney, MLS etc?

one thing u have going for u is that in the nyc metro area, theres lots of aggressive rental agents who will get u top dollar monthly, weekly or whatever for your condo since in ny market, the renter pays the commission to the agent/broker for finding them the rental.

here in socal, its almost always the landlord that pays the commission for finding tenants, so at least in ny u have free help from re professional in finding renters, which i do not.

You make alot of sense. Another question I have though is about flipping property ? Do you see it alot where you are or no?
