Hey I have a seller that needs to get rid of this house because she is paying two mortgages its worth $160k and she owes $125k she is willing to do $130k and doesn't want to do a lease option. The rents in the area is around 1400 a month as this is a 3/2 with 1788 sqft would this be a good deal for a buy and hold investor??

Hi my name is Marcus I have a cash buyer looking for non mls deals In the following counties Santa Clara, San Mateo, Alameda, San Francisco, Contra Costa counties.

He is a very serious cash buyer he is looking for apts, houses, condos etc.. as long as they are not on the mls and is under $2 million cash he will buy it email me if you have anything thanks

 I have a great team in the Cincinnati area. And they do an amazing job at managing as well. But we only sell turnkey if you are interested.

He is looking for anything thats not on the mls for the easiest deals, focus on Cinci, Dayton, and Toledo

     Perhaps you mean he will consider anything under $2M? Sophisticated and experienced investors analyze opportunities very carefully. It has to bring in enough money to make their time and the risk they take make sense.
