I'm syndicating a 124 unit apartment deal in Texas in a growing market that will give a better than 10% return over 5 years. Check with your investor if he's interesting in being a money partner on this deal and have first right of refusal on future opportunities.

Hey my cash buyer is looking for 4 plexs and apts thats not not the mls(and haven't been in 2 years) his budget is up to $2 million cash and can close quick. He wants at least a 10% return..

Looking if these states/counties

California

Santa Clara, San Mateo, Alameda, San Francisco, Contra Costa, Los Angeles and Orange counties.

Texas

San Antonio

Florida

anywhere but mainly in Jacksonville
