Hey Will - did you ever find someone? I have someone who manages properties in the area as well as a larger company we've worked with. My contact could easily handle the duplex and the company could take the 10 unit. Is it long-term tenants or AirBnB?

I don't know your politics but I just know as soon as mine get paid off, a Dem will be elected and wipe out all or most of past student debt. All the big names have plans for student debt, even some republicans (Georiga) think we should remove all or most of the debt.

It would be the biggest housing boom we've ever seen probably.

Just my 2 cents, buy real estate, worry about student debt later in life.

Flat fee brokers do very limited advertising and aren't aggressive with trying to sell it. its a numbers game for them. % realtors want to earn your business and keep you happy so they  can get future business/referrals from you. They don't mind spending their time & money trying to sell your home and know if it doesn't sell, they lose that time & money.

What market are you looking in and debating between?

Hey,

I have 2 great contacts for Sarasota. Do you need a property manager who can rent it? Or just a good realtor that can get it rented and you'll manage it  yourself? (your answer depends on who I refer :))

 No, you get PAID!!

The reason HBR was struggling to sell was the commercial units wanted triple market value and some of the larger condo owners wanted more money too..instead of just getting rid of this eyesore and cleaning up Hollywood Beach.

Don't say I didn't warn everyone!

"More homes, means more families and a new multi-million dollar high school is at least one answer to a growing Lee County student body."
