I paid cash for this condo over three years ago and I'm looking for the best way to take my money out without selling. I paid 30K for it and it is now worth about 50K. Any advice on how to use this money and potentially put as down payment on another deal?

I bought this condo unit which seemed to be a great deal for 35k and paid cash for it.

My thought was that I could refinance out the equity to put in another deal.

But I cannot find any banks to give me a loan for the equity I have in the property.

Any ideas on which banks do these types of small deals?

I am thinking of selling if I can’t get it refinanced... any ideas will help.

Can you recommend an investor savvy RE Agent?
