Investors in the Houston suburbs

I’m pretty new to RE investing, but I’m about to move to Texas and to start investing in the Houston area. I would like to connect with other investors in the Sugar Land and Katy sub markets.

Please let me know how these markets look like, including what and where to look for the nuggets. Thanks

Hi @Marcel Galega. Welcome to Texas! I’m from the Katy area and have invested there, Cypress, and Tomball areas. Sugarland is a great place to live, but seems like deals are harder to find. Depends what you are looking for.
