welcome @David C. congratulations on the baby to be and to your new venture. I live in Marshfield and am also getting started in REI. This is a tougher market to get started but is doable as others have shown.

Hi, I'm a new member to BP and live in the South Shore of Massachusetts. My investment experience so far has consisted of a fixer upper I bought with a family member in 2006 and sold 2 years later. I'm looking to get back into the business with the buy and hold strategy within Mass. Currently I'm educating myself through books and BP. 

I would love to make new contacts with other BP members in my area to talk strategy within our expensive RE market
