Any reason you are seeking a conventional loan and not a DSCR? If it is owner-occupied I understand. What is behind wanting to pay off the current servicer so quickly?

I thought DSCR cannot be refi-ed into lower rates when the interest rates go down, is that not true?

12 months seasoning for conventional right now. Hmmm... no thanks.

I'd consider a DSCR like mentioned above.

What does seasoning mean?

Hi, Any lender recommendations for a conventional refi for a duplex in Austin? I want to pay off the current lender as quickly as possible so I’d love to close on the refi within a couple weeks. I have good cash reserves, excellent credit and the property cash flows.
Thanks in advance!

@Manju Nat   Are you looking to simply refi what is owed or pull out cash from the property?

Just refi.

This can get done in 2 - 2 1/2 weeks . What are the numbers looking like ? How's the credit score doing ?

That sounds like a good closing time. Do you mind DM’ing me Jacob? Credit score is excellent and the property cash flows roughly $1500 per month. I owe $400k and the property is worth around $500k.
thanks

Looking for lenders who can do a cashout refinance w/o considering seasoning on a SFR in Austin, TX

Please share if you have worked with any, appreciate the help. Thank You.

 Hey Varun,

There are quite a few lenders that can do this but rates are typically higher and many have 5 year prepayment penalties. I can recommend a lender that has a 1 year prepayment penalty. Happy to connect

Hey Erik, can you shoot me the name of the refi lender with 1 year prepayment penalty please? Thanks!

I think the market value is higher than my tax assessed value so that might not help me.
