Have any of you done a pre-approval survey through Google Survey? If so, does it work correctly? I am having issues with it telling the survey taker that they may qualify even if they answered the questions wrong. I just started a new website and hope to do the pre-approval online so I don't have to do so many phone interviews. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Generally, ask yourself if it will pay for itself within 2-3 years in either more revenue or lower cost (turnover/vacancy). People tend to appreciate laundry in the building. Often FFA laundry can be abused. You also definitely don’t want to be in the middle of “tenant A always leaves wet stuff in the washer”. Maybe for $30/mo they get a designated and scheduled day of the week with weekends as ffa?

I was thinking about having a room in the basement of our 5 plex with a washer and dryer. We would have a lock on the door and charge a monthly fee of maybe 30.00 so that a tenant will have a key to the room. Is this something any of you have done? Looking for ideas and input as we have never done this before but we thought it would be a convenient option for our tenants. Thank you!

Stopping by to say hello to everyone here at Bigger Pockets! I am new to Bigger Pockets, and relatively new to investing. I live in Shelby, on the West side of the state of Michigan. I have been doing property management for a friend for the past five years and three years ago my husband and I purchased a duplex and in the same year a single family home that we rent out. I am looking for others who are buy and hold investors and other landlords in the West Michigan area. We are working towards retirement, love what we are doing and plan to continue picking up properties for rentals. I am ready and eager to learn all I can!
