Dylan Tanaka Thanks for the input. My dad wants me to get my license and right now I'm weighing the pros and cons of it. I asked for all opinions, not ones that just specify to me. So thanks for sharing with me one of your mistakes. It may just save me hundreds of thousands one day.

Natalia Collini thanks for the insight. I think it's always good to hear from others past experiences. It's better to get started late than never, and to me 29 is not late at all. Hope all if well and you have a good weekend also.

Matt Hummer Thanks for the great information sir. I'm learning how to manage credit with a student credit card at the moment. I'm looking to establish my credit to a point where it's hard for lenders to turn me down.

Timothy Maloney Thanks for the info sir, greatly appreciated. I only have a student cc account right now. I'm planning for future moves to make my credit better than average. I want to go in prepared when I talk to lenders.

Ashia King How are you doing ? I'm also in the market for property in the Laplace area. Get in contact with me if you get something else under contract. Looking for cash flow and flip properties. Mostly in B & C neighborhoods. Price range anywhere from 40-60k. Houses that I can force appreciate. Thank you,
