Hey everyone! I’m 22 years old and became an agent a couple of months ago. So far I’m focused on learning as much as possible. I’ve already closed 1 deal and have 2 more active listings. Hopefully once both of these listings close I’ll be able to reinvest the capital into my business. I haven’t invested any money in my real estate business as of yet. I’ve only purchased books to acquire as much knowledge as possible. I would be ecstatic if you guys would give me any tips on how to become a better agent. Thanks in advance.

What are some of the best steps to analyze a property ? Specifically for the BRRRR strategy. Also where do you find the properties you analyze ? From Zillow, MLS, or somewhere different? Thanks in advance for all responses.

I want to hear from you the struggles of being a minority in the real estate investing game. I also would like to know the success you have had thus far and also some strategies that you used to get it going with real estate investing.

Thanks for great information within the response. Do you have any ideas of goals we should set for ourself within the first month? Something to reach for instead of just going in with no expectation. Stephen Anderson

Me (20 years old) and my brother (17 years old) are looking to jump in the wholesale business after doing a thorough amount of research on it. I plan to dive into it head first during the month of December and stop procrastinating. What are some exceptional expectations that me and my brother should set for the month of December ? I'm not looking to become a millionaire from wholesaling. We just want to get our feet wet and gain some experience during the process. Thanks in advance. Sorry for any grammatical issues, I'm at work currently.

If I was to acquire a property and rehab it. When I pursued a refi loan would I be able to use a co-signer if I don't have an established work history ? 20 years old and trying to find ways to make it happen.

Hey everyone. My dad wants me to ask you all a question about private lending. He currently has a portfolio of 20 units (give or take a few) ranging from New Orleans all the way to Laplace. He wants to know what are some good ways to find private lenders? Also what are some good terms and contracts for private money lending ? He has a lender that he wants to offer 10%. He needs to know what is a good timeframe to payout the loan. Also he wants to know if 10% is a good amount to offer. Plus, what are some good terms and conditions that the contract would be beneficial to both the lender and the person being lended to.
