What type of retail deals are you seeing? My family loves second or third generation strip centers in the 50k sf - 250k sf range.

We are mostly in the Midwest and Southeast and own 38 centers in 19 different states totalling close to 6,000,000 sf.

We only buy deals where the upside is greater than the down side.
