I used legal zoom as my registered agent but in getting my EIN from the IRS, I used my home address. That was the correct thing to do? Does my home address link to my LLC? I hope not.

In getting an LLC, is it worth the extra money to get a registered agent or does it make more sense to put yourself down as the agent and save the money?

I do not like to borrow money.Is that so wrong. I feel comfortable paying cash for my properties and then hope to sell for a 15/25% margin within 4 months. Spending about 50-80k per house including rehab. Many people tell me that its not good use of my money. Thoughts are appreciated?
