J - Where can I get stainless steel package for $1500?

Flipping a house and wanted to know is $1500 a good price for a fridge, micro, dishwasher and range. NO stainless. All black.

The 2% rule in my market is almost non esistent. It's more like 1.5%. If you try to stick to the 2%, you won't be abe to buy many properties. And the 50% rule only applies if you are fianacing and hire a property manager.

I should have clarified. Cheapest NEW cabinets.

Couple of questions in regards to rehabbing and flipping a house:

1. Is it necessary to have a contractor sign a W-9? and why?
2. Cheapest place to buy kitchen cabinets?
3. Do you install single or double pane windows?

Brand is irrelevant. I find that Frigidare appliances are usually the cheapest when it comes to stainless steel.

I am replacing windows in a flip home and wanted to know what a reasonable installation fee is to install. I am getting the windows for about $130 each(sounds reasonable). But what about installation??
