Sounds exciting. I am new to real estate investing. I live in Minnetonka which is a western suburb. Please feel free to connect. Brad

I've heard some investors are scared to invest outside of the United States. Are their reasons justified because of lack of information or strategy? We can invest with hopes of property value increases. Or we can invest in rental properties that realize ROI on regular intervals.

I would like to know also. 😊

I would also like to build something on the western suburb side.

I've went on the Minnesota Real Estate Club cruise on Lake Minnetonka  and it was a packed the boat. 👍👍

❤️ Love It

Weekly would be nice, to accelerate the relationship building process, but perhaps its best to start monthly.

 What time (s) ❓

 ✨After five ❓

I'm new to this RE stuff, but I can already see the polarity of opinions happening here. IMO we should not be comparing "markets" geographically, but more so each "individual" deal. It's either good or bad. OR Really good or really bad

MeetUp, HangOut, TalkDeals, Share Collaborate, Partner

Who is located on the westside (western suburbs of Minneapolis) that wants to learn, share and network? Would you be interested in a weekly gathering at a local coffee shop (morning) or happy hour (afternoon)?

Welcome and Greetings✨

I am also new to our journey of real estate.  My background history is the event marketing business.  I live in Minnetonka near Ridgedale and would love to connect for coffee with like-minded individuals.

✨Let's Connect✨

We need a "shark tank" like program with RE deals on it

Im looking for a list of Minneapolis Real Estate Networking events that I can add to my synergy calendar. Where are the local sources❓

I'm new to Real Estate Investing ventures, but not new to Minneapolis. I've lived here most my life. I grew up in Fridley, and now live in Minnetonka and also get to the Uptown area often.

Anyone interested in meeting and sharing ideas, knowledge and opportunities?
