When to form LLC , before or after buying property?

Can I borrow money from the bank for LLC or other form of corporation?

When is the perfect time to form LLC, is it when you are beginner investor or advanced one?

Which is the  best business  structure for beginner investor like me ?

thank for all your great tips  guys.  what is  frustrating that every seminar I go to it is a sales  pitch..................

I want to hear opinion of people  who are former student not a current affiliate .

I agree that a book is dozens of seminars all packaged into one. yes,  there is incredible value here at Bigger Pockets for free. There are also tons of seminars, podcasts, and other information on youtube. I feel like this training   is good for people who don't have ambition to go and do some homework, they want it all ready for them prepared on the plate.

the problem is that these trainings are expensive.. I agree there might be some value in it, but they are too high...

According to BP podcast  there is no need to spend money for  trainings . maybe when I  purchase this package/training, I  would  succeed  sooner... who knows..I did my research and I found many bad reviews  and complaints on Renatus  and scott Rowe. It seems like Scott is  rich and  making  a tons of money, driving leased Limbo   but it doesn't mean that everybody who complete training wild as well as him..

Last week I attended  3 day seminar " 2-5-7 Cashflow" , at the end of 3 days for $160 they were selling "Mastery Program " starting $10K to $35k.. and some people bought it...yes, they did.    Before that I attended a Legacy Rich Dad Elite Program , at the end of 3 days they were selling   mentorship  program between $ 20K - $43K  for 8 weeks of  mentor  program,  and yes, some people bought it........isn't it amazing  how much money they make and how they rip off poor people  who  want to be rich..............sad, very sad.............

Thank you guys!!
