@Betty Zhu. I am a full time Realtor® and investor in Orlando. You have many great options here to purchase rentals. Cash flow gets a little tough the closer you are to Orlando, but you certainly can find some deals. I personally don't like condos as they have too much power and often are highly mismanaged, leaving owners with assessments and claims going unanswered. Hi @David Smith, I'm kinda with Aaron on this one, more of a corporate world type of thing. I literally live in a golf course community for 15 years and have yet to have any type of meeting on the course.
