Whoa those prices are crazy...I would get more bids for sure and ask this guy for a labor and material break down, most contractors dont like to do that as they have overhead and mark ups...But I am sure the community would love to see how he breaks it down. Although I do most of our work, with my crew (I really enjoy doing it and grew up with a family of GCs) I couldnt ever imagine those prices. Mind blown!

That is awesome. We have been exploring a vacation rental as well. Our kids are still young so we would use it quite a bit.
