What are your recommendations to find a RE business plan template? 

Hello everyone! I'm starting my journey into the real estate investing business and would like to know what your recommendations are when doing the researching part into single family resident homes. I'm planning on purchasing a home next year to start with and have been listening to a few podcasts and blogs which have been helpful! I really like to do research but I feel like I research more than jump into projects. So I would like to know what kind of advice can you give for newbies when looking for SFR and funding?
