Good advice from @Raphael Gomez

To just be honest, your first business plan is probably going to stink. BUT, you need to make one. It's a good exercise, and it should get you thinking and talking about your business, the directions you want to head, and how you're going to get there. The first time you have to open it up and put it in front of someone, you realize quickly that there are holes in it that you need to plug. That's OK, and better to do something than nothing trying to create that perfect plan. Fail forward, fail fast. Get up, brush off, and hit it again stronger.
