You know you can edit the templates to remove the address line, or any other information not relevent to what you want. 

Vista Print quality is probably fine at this stage, that's my thinking as a newbie. We have something to hand out at meetings and to family and friends, for now. When the business is established and we've worked out some kinks, made changes to our business model, which I expect to happen, we'll re-do our cards.

Hi Donte! Have you downloaded "The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing"? There is a chapter on financing that may have some suggestions you could use.

So glad to have run, across one of Brandon's videos on YouTube while doing research, which led me to BP. 

My partner and I are trying to stop reading, listening and planning, and actually DO something - get past the paralysis of analysis. At this point, our plan is to generate and sell leads, to get our feet wet and generate some cash. Looking forward to our first REIA meetings this month and hope to begin building great relationships.
