Hi Ardie, I've seen this before, and even tried to use it unsucessfully yesterday.  I searched the parcel number for my home (should show a couple of loans/liens), but no records were found.    I would only have the address on said properties and be able to search them based on any public info I can find (parcel, address, etc)

Am I doing it wrong? Have you used this to collect lien information / verify titles as clear?

Thanks John - I have that site, but am not confident I'd see liens against a property there - seems to show only tax payment, but no liens.  By the way, you're popping up all over the place now! Small world.

Can anyone tell me if there's a quick way to perform some due diligence on titles prior to bidding on an auction - my target area is St. Louis, MO in the city.     I have a title company, but in addition to costing $150 per search, the turnaround is 5 days, and is costing me the opportunity to bid on a property.  (Title search wouldn't come back until after auction closes).  Is there a way I can reliably search to ensure that a property doesn't have a ton of liens (or even on expensive one) independently and quickly?  I've searched the city's "address and property information search" and all this really seems to turn up is whether taxes are current.  Also if there are any local recommendations on willing realtors or other methods of getting in to see a property before bidding on it, it would be much appreciated.  I like to get a look at things up close before bidding, at least while I'm in a learning phase.

Do you ever offer multifamily properties?
