Hoping to be there this month!

Have you looked at zillow.com? We find it to be very informative for this area. Our largest house in Cartersville is between 1400-1500sf, 3 beds/2.5 baths and we get $1395 a month. Ours is not even close to a new build, but it is rehabbed a good bit. We could have ask for more but we like to be under the going rates. Also wanted to let you know that we have a group that meets in Cartersville. Our next meeting in Monday.

I am not the most experienced in this for sure, but when renewing I always just note the amount and say that it has already been paid and name the bank that it is being held at.
