Post: Tulsa rental market cooling?

I have a duplex that I recently renovated around 1st and Pittsburg in Tulsa. I've been trying to rent it for a while now and seems like a fair amount of interest but haven't got a lease signed yet. I'm going to do more research today to see if my price is right, but I've been asking potential renters if they feel it's fair and they almost all say it's priced right. I know a lot of other factors with my property alone could be affecting it but.... doesn't anyone else feel the rental market in Tulsa is cooling in general?

I am doing a couple of refi's with a guy that came highly recommended. So far I could not be happier.  Jeremiah Lindsey @ Supreme Lending.

Just did an inspection with About Home Lending, whom came highly recommended.  But if you use them, don't setup the appt through their main line... ask to have Brad call you back. I think they must be a franchise or something and the main line tried to upsell me on some things I didn't need... or I think maybe it was someone new. But don't let that scare you.  Brad will do it right and only what you need. He was quick to say "no no, you don't need all that - here is all you need."  Quick turn around too.

I've filed a couple of LLCs (for non-real estate stuff) and remember thinking... is that all it takes? Ha.

Good luck Rubin!

Welcome Paige! I'm new as well the last few months but also in Tulsa and looking for properties.  Not sure how far along you are, but I've heard the phrase "very low inventory" way more than I'd like lately. :) But don't give up! I have made several offers over the last few months and looks like I finally landed one (single family) pending inspections.

Welcome Rubin! I'm new here as well and been lurking for a while. Have a duplex in midtown I just renovated and have a verbal acceptance on a property I hope to close on soon and get started up the rehab! BRRR is my strategy.

I've used these guys a few times and been happy....

Bryant Plumbing - It's a smaller family business. I guess I can't post the phone number but google them. :)
