They come back on as others said

Inventory is tight right now so most are closing. They are also listed in the MLS so once it's closed you can tell if it was financed cash or conventional

@Jacob A.

First, Great Job. I read the entire thread.

Not sure where your at with offers but I wouldn't get too worried about it not selling. You went on, on the worst time of year. Despite your agent saying Thanksgiving has nothing to do with it, it does. I actually probably would have not put it on until now and left it vacant in December. So I wouldn't drop the price until beginning of Feb if you have no offers.

Good luck!

Hi Everyone!

I found Biggerpockets researching some legal entity questions I had and found the forum to be extremely helpful and professional.

I live in Chicago on the NW Side. Im a part-time real estate broker and landlord.

My goal in 2014 is to establish a healthy flipping business.

Currently seeking Single Family homes on the NW side of Chicago or Suburbs for rehab.

Im interested in meeting people in the Chicago area who want to network in regards to house flipping and multi family properties. Would like to get a network together to bounce ideas off of and leverage each others experience.

Looking forward to this forum it seems exactly what I was looking for!

John

Yes, going from a Multi Property to a Single Family shouldn't be too hard.

What ward are you located in?
