Hey everyone, so I'm starting out in wholesaling and just add to my tool belt a little because I've a lot of apartments for sale in my area and was wondering If I could get some advice and tips for how to conduct that I'd really appreciate it! Also If you live in Vancouver, WA then I'd love to take you out to lunch or something and talk some wholesaling . Thank you!

I know it's not very helpful but I found a fourplex near my area and it's for sale but I'm not sure how much changes when wholesaling apartments.

Hey everyone, I hope you all are having an awesome day! I'm Luke Espasandin and I listen to the bigger pockets podcast all the time but I'm pretty new to the forums and stuff and really excited to keep pursuing in here with fellow investors. So i'm still 17 and turning 18 on March 30th next year, I live in Vancouver, Washington and plan on starting with wholesaling. I really want to turn that active/ordinary rarned income into passive income as soon as I get credit and learn more about rental properties, leases, etc.. If you are a real estate investor somewhere close to my area and have quite a bit of experience in rentals and anything else in real estate(I want to learn as much as I can) I would love to take you out to lunch or any where and talk about real estate!

Best regards,

Luke E.

Hey I know it’s completely off topic but I tried posting something in the forums, do you have to be a meme we for some time in order to post or something?

Where I got trained was the Tailopez real estate mentor program. Has amazing content inside and great advice from some of the best in real estate, I’ll be honest it’s great for getting the train going and once that train is going you can still go back to that same info to help you all along your journey. Best of luck!

The gap between the ARV and buy price is very low, a key principle I follow is if that gap is $120k so that there’s more profits for you as the wholesaler and for the rehabber.
