Hey guys, Me and my Wife have saved up 50k, they are ready to be invested, the problem: We are too young so we don't have credit, I don't have a w-2 because I am an immigrant and My wife is still in college.

We are looking to buy some Real Estate to make cashflow, we want to start up with buying a duplex or a couple Airbnb's but we have never invested in Real Estate so I don't know if thats the best way to go. We are looking for some guidance to make a decision, and I know BP forums are known for doing that, thank you !

Hello guys, I have 50k ready to be invested but I'm a newbie in real estate and I don't know where to invest it to get the highest ROI Possible, I am looking to get cashflow. Is it a duplex ? Is it Airbnb ? I can't make up my mind.

@Jerryll Noorden I understand what you are saying, and yes the Yoast plugin is FREE but Wordpress wont let me download ANY Plugins if I do not upgrade Wordpress to a business plan... What would you do if you were to build a website and had no money ?

I just started a wordpress website and I have been learning a lot about SEO, I try to install plugins like " Yoast SEO " but it tells me I have to upgrade  to a business plan, I don't have the money right now, is there a way i can do this without paying for it ? Maybe another Website engine ?

Hello guys ! Is there anyone in this forum that has some experience on Airbnb ? My questions are

1.where do I get the contracts ?

2. Do I have to sign a Lease from the Landlord and add an addendum contract ?

3. After contracts are signed, do I need to take them to a title company or I just print a copy and keep it ?

4. If I sign a lease, how can I legally add an addendum, do I just staple it on the back of the lease or how do I make it valid ?

Hello ! I am a brand new member of BP I want to get started with Real Estate investing, I have been studying and doing research and I found that Airbnb is a good option to get started with little to no money and without owning property.

My question is if I have to set up an entity to get started and what type of contracts are used for that ? Any tips on how to get started ?
